- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are proficient at all we do. Residential window cleaning is our most commonly requested service. From 150 yr. old windows to recently installed and everything in between. We can handle it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you know who is actually going to be doing the cleaning. A lot of companies out there focus on quantity and not quality and tend to hire less than stellar employees in order to "get the jobs done". This practice can cause a bit of uneasiness when the service is offered by a clean cut, well articulated salesperson and your technicians come out looking like thugs, bikers, hippies and gangsters. Not to say thugs, gangster, hippie and biker "looking" people cannot do a good job or are bad employees. It just reflects back on the whole of the company. We do believe in freedom of expression.... On the employees time. Not on our customers time or company time. There is a time and place for that. Not on our time and not at your place.
