- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we try to keep our pricing at a flat rate. It all depends on the size of the job, accessibility, and materials used ect. This flat rate more often than not includes a service call, labor, and materials. We can set up for our technicians to come out and give a free estimate Mondays- Fridays, 9AM-4PM, with no cost to the customer to take a look at the repair needed and give accurate pricing. If an estimate is required on the weekends, there is a small service all fee that the customer will be charged. We do offer a 10% discount for seniors, military, police, and firemen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever possible, we like to set up free estimates in order for our technicians to see the problem first hand and give accurate pricing to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a requirement for Aqua Flow Plumbing technicians that greatly exceeds the state requirements.
