We are new to the area and with using Thumbtack. We had a small job of removing an old concrete sink and assumed the job wouldn’t be worth the time or trouble and wow was I wrong. Russell was first to respond and said he could come the same day and do whatever it takes to help us out. We couldn’t be more pleased with his kindness, punctuality and fair price. prices are base on half or full pickup truck remind you I don't have a moving truck so don't think I do also its extra $$for stairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
make sure you send pics I don't need extra work for no extra pay im picking up exactly what's in the pics but depending on what's extra either ill charge a small fee or take fir free thank you
