Gabby was great...very personable and very professional. We communicated well with some special items she discovered and the house was really in need of big cleaning perhaps more than I realized. Gabby was clear but also flexible enough to work with the house budget. The cleaning was incredible and always checking back after a room was finished if I was satisified. Gabby showed up on time. She did good job of cleaning refrigerator and oven. However, her house cleaning was average. I hired her for deep cleaning but all she did was normal mopping. She did not vacuum the floors instead only mob them. The windows were cleaned poorly and there were dirt patches left as it is. I will not recommend her for deep cleaning.

I’m sorry that you feel that I did not deep clean your home properly,but unfortunately your home wasn’t a deep clean to begin with it was a post construction cleaning! There were no dirt patches on the windows there were streaks that I advised you about that wasn’t coming off as I tried to remove 3+ times each window. You also stated that I did not vacuum your floors but if you recall I swept/dustedand mopped all baseboards and floors and you asked if I can vacuum which I did and showed and explained that because of the construction dust the vacuum was throwing the dust everywhere then I had to re sweep and mop again. I stood cleaning your home till 9:00pm! Again I’m sorry you feel that way but you shouldn’t leave false information.
