- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our work is hourly billing, so w move quickly and efficiently to get the job done under the estimate to save you money. Are schedule is always full, so we want to get your job done. We stay on schedule and very rarely have to re-schedule jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure we have contact information updated. Communicate and communicate. It’s important to communicated every step of the way, you are never in the dark with us. And if you are not home when work is being done. We send updates with pics at least every 2 hours. With new customers it’s also important to understand what’s important to you and also understand any worries you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional training in carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Decades of experience in doing work the right way.
