Although very professional, the cost to clean the gas fireplace was excessive. The technician, although very professional and polite, did not seem like he knew the issue causing my problem. I received a quote for over $800 (and my request to have that estimate itemized was not answered), and ended up having the issue fixed for $75 Dollars. Thats not acceptable. The only Reason I am giving 3 stars is that the tech was very professional. I do not recommend this company for a gas fireplace.

Had them out for a cleaning of our fireplace and an inspection. They noticed some issues up top and were able to take care of them same day. Showed us before and after pictures and explained all repairs in great detail. Work looked incredible and the service was superb.
