Gary took his time to complete the work and I found him to be very personable while working. I vaccumed right after to check for frays or loose carpet while Gary was present. Quality of work was outstanding!

Gary promptly replied to my inquiry, showed up on time, and did an excellent job repairing eight areas of the carpet from where we removed two railings. He was able to use carpet from an obscure place to splice in. His work was so good I can't tell anymore where the patches are! Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Gary for carpet repair.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with Gary's work on a couple steps of carpeting on our stairs. Our cat had turned these spots into his scratching posts over the years we've rented our townhome, and we were worried these sections wouldn't be corrected before our move. Thankfully, Gary was incredibly skilled in patching the spots to such a degree that we could hardly tell there had been an issue at all! He was timely with his responses, had quick availability, and his rate was more than fair. We would definitely recommend Gary to anyone looking to have carpet work completed!
