These 2 gentlemen are great. I would definitely call them again. They got my lights back on in minutes. They upgraded my circuit breakers to ensure I won’t have that issue again anytime soon. Normally I’m skeptical about hiring new people to do work within my home for various reasons but they were upfront and honest about any and every question I had.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consulting fees are taken out of final price when quotes are accepted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact is made and i get a feel for what the customer needs verbally. At that point we set up a time and a date to quite and possibly start whatever work needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through electrical apprenticeship programs at the IEC. I also have a Electrical License out of Elgin.
