Sonny (Lake Front Building Maintenance) setup a time to come and look at my project. He arrived on time and on the scheduled day. Sonny was very good at explaining the scope of the project and the steps it would take to complete. After coming to agreement on the work to be completed he documented the project and price in a contract. Sonny and crew arrived to Demo a leaning natural stone pillar and reconstruct it with a proper footer and tie into the structure. The crew also did some tuck pointing and repaired a limestone sill. It was a fairly extensive amount of work. Also where the leaning pillar and wall met the wall was leaning and in need of repair. Sonny and crew completed the work 3 days ahead of schedule and I am pleased with the result. They also repaired/patched my driveway and it looks great! I am impressed with the skill and precision that was utilized to complete the project ahead of schedule and with great looking results. I will be using Sonny again for future projects as they arise. Thank You for your excellent work!

I needed an aging driveway repaired. I sent pictures, and Sonny responded the same day. Two days later, he swung by, took a look, and did the job immediately. I was so pleased with his work that I am scheduling him to return in a few weeks to repair other parts of the driveway and reseal it.
