GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! We used Modern Improvements for a remodel. They never changed any pricing always kept us in the loop. This is the third house we have bought and by far using Modern Improvements has made it the smoothest remodel we have ever done.

This is a stand up honest company very very rare to find now a dayWe bought a house which needed to be gutted out. We did hire Modern Improvements to due so. They completed it before there completion date. In which they did such a good job we then hired them to install all our insulation weather/moisture barrier and installing the drywall once that was completed and it was done properly. We then had them tape and mud the entire house which they did a great job controlling the dust and keeping everything clean. They did all of our painting installing of all trim for windows doors and baseboards. they did install all of our doors thats our entry doors and our interior doors. we didnt need two staircases rebuilt which they did an amazing job with. we did have them install new sub for throughout the whole house. Then we had them install laminate flooring throughout the whole house. They did do total remodels for both of our bathrooms beautiful great job from flooring to glass doors beautiful tub amazing vanities they took their time you can tell they love doing their job at every phase and every step they cherished what they were doing. we had them install 350 feet of private fencing. then we also had them build us a 60 foot deck with a 25 foot dog run attached to it with a pergola on the deck.We recommend this company to my mom to my mother-in-law to my brothers and sisters to my brother and sister in laws.We recommend modern improvements to all of our friends are coworkers and definitely to you.Thank you for providing us with a house we call home now.

I would give 10 stars if I could Matt went above and beyond to finish the task. I needed this repair work done urgently for my tenant and he scheduled me very next day despite he was fully booked. I did not have budget to resurface whole deck and he respected that and repaired the deck superbly strong. He worked very hard and did the job brilliantly and skillfully. I am in construction industry (Architect), my professional opinion about this company is excellent, hard to find such contractor. God bless this company and all employees.
