When Red Hot cameI to provide the estimate, I had originally planned to get a second quote the day after. But after he looked at the faucets, my gut told me to go with him and I’m so glad that I did! I needed leaky faucets changed but there were several complications where he had to call over a coworker. They handled everything neatly without over charging me because he considered it part of the work. He’s really a stand up guy and I’ll be having them back for my remaining plumbing work.

Came out and quickly provided an estimate. Agreed to split payment in to two payments due to some current medical issues we are experiencing, performed work same day and quickly. Issue has been resolved since visit. I would call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Oz was the plumber sent on behalf of the company. The water was off in my home where children are present. They had one opening for 8pm and I took it as it was urgent the water was on by the day's end. Oz called to advise an earlier appointment was available. I accepted and he met me within the hour. The work was completed in a timely manner, with professionalism and a detailed explanation of the work to be completely, why it occurred and how to reduce the possibility of future breaks in the water pipes. Oz went above and beyond by showing where the pipe break occurred, with the piece that was replaced. He also visited the basement to verify the shut offs to the spigots were off. I would definitely recommend Red Hot Drain LLC for any plumbing needs.
