Our original delivery team refused to install our MW because of the backsplash. So we hired Moe. He was confident and professional. He mounted the bracket without damaging the tiles. He also did not get bothered as I was watching all the time. He is easy to talk to and explained the process clearly. He also advised me to push cancel if I ever happen to open the MW mid cycle so not to damage the door switch and the fuse. Definitely will consider him in future.
