I work with clients of all age groups who want to improve their bodies both aesthetically and through improved performance. There is no single workout that is best for everyone, so each workout is tailored to each individual client. I fuses the best exercises from many disciplines including yoga, HIIT, heart rate-based training, classic bodybuilding and corrective/rehabilitative exercise training.
I began teaching sports in high school as a ski instructor and swim instructor. Having always had a passion for health and fitness I decided to pursue a Bachelor degree in Physiology & Kinesiology. As the son of a Chiropractor, I have worked as an assistant so I understand the perils of chronic injuries. I will work with physicians recomendations on improving conditions within his scope of practice.
I love seeing all of the measurable improvements as a result of our training together: the improved body composition, the increase in Speed and Agility, the improved performance. But do you know what I love the most? It's the reaction that I see from you as a result of these improved measurements: the smiles, the giggles, the hand claps, the hugs, and most importantly the increase in self-confidence that my clients get as a result of these improvements. Seeing these reactions makes me love my job and it's the reason that I do what I do. Your success is how I measure my success!
