FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a call from a new customer our supervisor heads to estimate the requested project (if it is difficult to provide accurate quote over the phone), we are trying to follow customers preference about time so our representative could personally explain the estimate through. Sometimes people do not pay attention on details of the project that make the task more complicated, for this reason personal meeting with company representative allows customer to understand our charges or even have a professional advice before the job.
