Responded right away and scheduled us quickly. Arrived promptly and did a great job explaining what he was doing and what was wrong. Fortunately it turned out to be something small and he explained the regular maintenance we should be doing. I will call him again when needed.

AMZ Appliance Repair are professional and deliver high quality work. Alex went the extra mile in diagnosing and repairing the Kenmore dryer and advised me of a possible dryer vent blockage, (I scheduled a cleaning asap) to address that as well. I highly recommend AMZ and would hire them again!

Came out very quickly to give estimate but took a week to get the repair done without any communication on timing. Works seems to be done well though I am thinking it could have been done for less.
