Dawn was FANTASTIC!! I had to sell my father's home and was not familiar with any realtors in the area. I found Dawn through UpNest and from our first meeting I knew she was my realtor. She was prompt, kept me informed, and used the latest technology to allow us to complete the entire transaction 150 miles away. She completed the market analysis and priced the house above appraisal. The house was listed and in less than 48 hours, had 7 showings and an offer!! Dawn handled all the inspections and when it came down to closing time, I was out of the country and my wife was travelling for work. Dawn graciously acted as our power of attorney, completed the transaction and had the proceeds sent to the bank and deposited. Five stars are not enough to fairly rate Dawn! She is outstanding!! Thank you for all your work!!

Buyers do not pay me a commission. Some agents do, but I do not. My commission fee for sellers is fair and negotiable.
