- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Marcy is $100/hour with a 4 hour minimum. For larger scale projects Marcy + Team is $175+/hour with a 4 hour minimum. In-person consultations $100/hour. $25 goes towards your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Start with a phone consultation. If a project is larger scale (multiple spaces, or concierge move) an In-person consultation is a must. 2. During the session Marcy (+team) will pull everything out of the space(s) and categorize like items. 3 Once all laid out, I will work one-on-one with you making decisions on what to keep, donate, or trash all while asking you about what you use and how often you use it, etc. 4. Next we will implement systems; inputting any product, labeling, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started to take on side projects of my own in 2015 and worked under other professional organizers ... both LA + Chicago! In 2020 I LLC'd my business and never looked back!
