First, he communicates quickly with his customers. He kept me informed about the progress of the project and sent me pictures. It took seven days to complete the project. He is professional and obviously a true craftsman based on the results. The dresser and mirror set looked like the day it was purchased about twenty-five years ago. I also appreciate that he came to my home and picked up the furniture. He returned it to me when the project was complete.
