- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The base price includes the TV mounting only. If the customer wishes to receive add-on services, it will cost extra but a very reasonable amount. If the customer has multiple TVs, I will offer a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the customer details regarding the job. Then I offer the customer any suggestions I may have. I discuss the price before finalizing the appointment. Finally, i schedule an appointment at a time that is most convenient for the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for HelloTech, a technology service company for 3 years where I gained a lot of experience in different fields including TV mounting.
