Sandy came out and conducted an inspection of my roof. Sandy took pics of concerning areas of my roof and advised me that he could complete repairs the same day. After the work was completed, Sandy sent me pictures of everything he worked on. I only reached out to Payless Roofing due to me just closing and just wanting to get the work completed this weekend. Sandy provided a fair rate and vet effective communication.

The owner Sandy responded to my request for bid within 1 day and provided a written estimate for scope and price. The work from his crew was performed timely and with quality. Additional work that I requested was done only after a price was given beforehand to make sure the additional work and payment was agreed upon. Payless is a quality company and transparent in their operations.
