I used JSSEvents for a balloon arch in my Chicago down town office work event. She was the first to respond (nearly within minutes) asked great questions, kept communication consistent and quick. Then when she arrived she was friendly, professional and delivered a great product! I thought her value was good and I also asked for the service pretty last minute (only 3 business days heads up). I would 100% use her again and recommend her. It was also my first time using Thumbtack and I'm glad I lucked out with JSSEvents.
