This was my first experience with Thumbtack and with On-Call Locksmith. First of all, I’ve never had a serviceman respond so quickly to a request. Ahmed was able to fit me in the same day. Excellent communication on the way. He showed me his identification at the door and asked for mine. He is licensed and insured. He’s very personable and professional. He actually left my door locks even better than they were brand new! Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend On-Call Locksmith.

My request was the replace the doorknob On my front door. Ahmad reached out and asked questions to fully understand my request. I wanted the same or similar style set as the one that I needed replaced. Ahmad sent a picture from the store to ensure I was pleased with the knob set. He arrived and promptly changed the set. My husband checked to ensure everything was properly completed and Ahmad sent me a video to show the door properly opening and closing. Very professional, thorough and prompt.
