Responded in timely manner. Replaced battery in IPAD (many won’t even attempt because of high risk for breaking IPad when attempting to replace battery.) Work was completed quicker than expected. Price quoted was price paid. VERY Reasonable! I am VERY HAPPY with work performed and will use again should I need any type of computer (or IPad) work done

Oh man. Where to even begin. I had a new upgraded pc I couldn’t get to work. Paul messaged me first thing in the morning, gave me FREE consulting (texts, calls, FaceTimes) to help me solve the problem. When none of that work and the work he recommended to me was too much for me to handle, I brought the PC to him. He had the day cleared for me, then sat with me computer and I for hours trying to fix it. Not only did he fix it, he did an amazing job and was very courteous and helpful. Please use this company. They did wonders for me on such short notice. Thank you again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge generally a 50 flat labor while Apple products is 75 labor , a 20 to 30 online consult fee with full information explanation and for Excel Access training for use in a REAL Business application or online PC training it’s 75 and up. Please note only serious businesses and client apply for computer lessons in Microsoft Suite. Some companies charge less because they train in basics. We have 15 years in business administration, Accounting and understand how to save you time and money with effective spreadsheets and we’re one of few who understands relationships between Microsoft Office products to build simple inner office solutions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give the customer everything they need to know up front - so they can make a cost effective informed decision on they repair
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience as PC troubleshooters and 10 as custom PC Rebuilders
