I recently completed a bathroom remodeling project with Larry and Tad, and we couldn’t be happier. They delivered on time, finishing in exactly four weeks, and their attention to detail was outstanding. Communication with Larry was easy; he quickly responded to any messages and welcomed our ideas throughout the process. The crew was friendly and dependable. They replaced all the plumbing inside the walls and used quality products throughout, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily life. Our new bathroom looks beautiful, and our boys love it. In addition to the main project, they also remodeled our powder room, replaced our master toilet, and updated our son’s closet, all on schedule. I highly recommend Larry and Ted for any remodeling needs.

The highest review I can give. Our suppliers were horrendous. And signature home construction was above and beyond The attention to detail was unmatched. The quality was amazing. They showed up and often stayed late Larry helped us contact our supplier to correct the suppliers mistakes. What was also fantastic is the fact that Larry kept us informed about all of the steps that he was doing was going to do and still had to do. I highly recommend that you use them and you tell your friends to use them. We’ve already booked them for our next project.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. My old water heater sprung a leak. Larry was very quick to respond. He was very knowledgeable about products and available to come later that same day. He kept me informed about his arrival time, installed the new water heater, explained everything, hauled away the old one and cleaned up afterwards. His price was very reasonable, no hidden fees. He was friendly and nice. I will definitely use him in the future if I need a contractor and recommend him highly. Thanks Larry!!
