- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unquoted hourly services are $80/hour. Travel time is charged for unless otherwise stated. I always try to be as transparent as possible: there will be no "hidden fees" in the work I perform for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give me a call and discuss with me what you need help with! I'll let you know what options are available to help you resolve your problems as soon as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually started repairing and refurbishing computers in high school. Shortly after graduating I became certified and opened a computer repair retail store, which I ran for about 6 years. Now I work both onsite and remotely to best serve my customers' needs.
