- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard prices for my services but am always willing to negotiate. Situations are different and I try to accommodate everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk over the phone first to find out the situation. Then tell someone about myself, what services I provide. If that works out, I then go over to a new potential customer house to meet with them and their fuzzy friend and take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken some courses to become a certified technician. I plan to become fully certified in the next couple of years.
