We had a very challenging cleaning project at our elderly mothers three-bedroom condo and raccoon cleaning did an amazing job from the very start and gathering all of the information and scheduling as well as going above and beyond in their cleaning process and the final results.

I scheduled a post construction cleaning. The apartment was a complete hellscape with drywall dust from construction on all surfaces. This team worked miracles for me. The house was clean and tidy by the time they left. There were areas they cleaned that hadn't received attention for years. :-) Definitely would have them back.

Overall, they did a good job. However, they spent all of the estimated time of completion for the entire house (3.5 hrs) on our upstairs, which consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 large master and 1 smaller bathroom). With that said the upstairs was thoroughly cleaned. The manager arrived at that point and told me they needed extra time that would cost more money. Not surprised as I've had this happen to me in the past. I complained that way too much time was spent upstairs and in previous cases (with other companies) they rush and don't do as thorough a job on the first floor. And certainly this was the case, there were many spots untouched as things were left in the exact same places and then you have the other end where it looks like they cleaned behind chairs and sofas and then left the room in disarray. My brother in law who was house sitting at the time confirmed that they rushed through most of the cleaning on the first floor. Total time ended up being 2 hours over the estimated time for completion (5.5 hrs total) and they ended up charging me for just the extra additional hour to appease my complaints. Therefore, I added a star for their customer service on the adjusted pricing. I won't be using their services in the future as I prefer to have cleaners that I can directly communicate with (they didn't speak English) so I can set clear expectations. Also, I need consistency in their work and thoroughness in all areas of the house.

Additionally, we make it clear that we do not provide a fixed price for the first cleaning, as the condition of the home can significantly affect the time and effort required.
It's important to note that the condition of your home, particularly the blinds, was much dirtier than expected. While we were already working, we sent you a video showing the condition of the blinds before cleaning. We want to emphasize that we worked over 1 hour and 45 minutes for free to ensure we achieved the desired outcome and that you were satisfied with the cleaning results.

NOTHING 'DEEP' about the cleanings. The 'deep clean' we requested was surface level at best x 2 attempts. Very hard to communicate with. I had them come to our home prior to our scheduled cleanings (June 24th and June 3rd) since I wasn't sure they were understanding what we needed. The 'supervisor' who came ensured she understood. Neither cleaning was satisfactory or beyond the normal cleaning I do myself. We are selling our home and so most of our stuff was moved to storage. We needed a deep clean prior to having pictures of our home done and then cleaning the day of our open house.
Initial clean: we asked that the beds be nicely made, rooms vacuumed nicely, hardwoods cleaned, and cabinets wiped down. You can see from the pictures, that this was done very poorly. The way they 'made the beds' was disgraceful and sloppy, I had to redo them. The hardwoods still had stuff stuck to them under the table where our kids eat and the cabinets were not wiped down. They didn't move anything where they vacuumed like chairs or nightstands. We figured since this was just 'for pictures' maybe they didn't think this was necessary. So we kept our next scheduled cleaning with them on June 3rd.
Second clean: we asked for a deep clean of the kitchen and bathrooms, windows, baseboards, get what thye missed the first time, etc. Then to vacuum and mop floors to make it look nice. They were VERY aware that we were having our open house later that day and needed to be out by noon. They assured us that was enough time since it was the second clean. I walked in at 11:30 and they hadn't even started on the floors or carpets on main floor. They rushed to finish and missed our laundry room completely. Not sure how they cleaned the baseboards, but they looked untouched. The floors, baseboards, and corners of our master bathroom were terrible, like they didn't even try. Missed spots on our bathroom cabinets.
It was $42/hour per maid (they sent two maids). They completely underestimated the time it would take to clean the house based on our sq ft (its pretty clean at baseline and there are several rooms/bathrooms we don't use). So instead of $375 we ended up spending close to $600 (with tips) for 2 cleanings. And the work wasn't even completed. Our cleanings were about two weeks apart so not a lot of time to get things too messy again and I really struggle to figure out what they spent their time doing. Both times after they left, I had to re-do what they supposedly did. I reached out to Mary following the cleanings requesting someone come by to see EVERYTHING that was missed or for a refund on a portion of the cleaning and never heard back. Go with a different company.
