We used Minyar to replace two exterior and one interior door (two of the three shown in photos). Ishmail did a great job. He was extremely thorough and meticulous. Replacing wood for iron and double doors for barn door is not a simple rehang and he took his time to do it right. He also painted the doors and trim. We provided some of the materials but he went and purchased what we didn’t have. We talked to a lot of door places that will install but not paint or do any extra and that is not Minyar. The project took longer than we expected but again that was due to his eye for detail. We have 3 more doors coming that need to be replaced and will definitely use Minyar again this summer.

Minyar Services responded quickly to my original request. They scheduled the work quickly and explained what they planned to do. The day before the work was scheduled they confirmed the appointment. Ishmael was on time and did a fantastic job. He checked the condition of the door and walked me through what he needed to do. We went over a few cost increases due to parts and addition labor (because the original door install was so jacked up). Ishmael even vacuumed up the work area after he was finished. I’m thoroughly impressed and grateful. Minyar was well worth the price due to promptness and quality of work. Thank you!
