Initially, the sealcoating application appeared satisfactory. However, significant discoloration became evident within just 5 months. Despite the service coming with a 3-year warranty, my attempts to have the contractor inspect and address the issue have been unsuccessful. They repeatedly promise to examine the driveway but fail to follow through.
What's disappointing is that I opted for the contractor's higher-priced service compared to competitors, expecting superior quality. Instead, the results are inferior to comparable work done on my neighbors' driveways. I had hoped to resolve this issue earlier with the contractor.

I received a call the same day I requested sealcoating service on Thumbtack. I was informed they were in the area and could perform the work that afternoon. The price and response were excellent. Upon completion of the work, I was informed that the driveway could be driven on that evening. It is now more than 24 hours and there are several spots where the application was thick, I can still remove the coating with my fingernail. Due to the coating having several thickly coated spots, the driveway surface appearance is inconsistent.

we applied the sealer thicker in the areas it was cracked as you requested of us. give us a call so we can communicate properly
