- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is as follows- $40 per hour, plus the cost of groceries. Alcohol service is an additional $20 per hour, plus the cost of the alcohol and insurance policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be organized and have a game plan, and then a back up plan just in case. That said we will discuss your culinary needs to make sure there are no surprises with your catering experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am food safe certified, allergen certified, and B.A.S.S.E.T trained in the state of Illinois. I have over 25 years experience in the restaurant business. I have managed and tended bar(s) for almost 7 years.
