- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is structured to be very fair and competitive for our industry. We never charge extra for weekend or emergency service calls. We offer monthly specials such as “First Time Customer”, “Senior Discounts”, First Responders Discounts”, “Military Discounts”. Call for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. First, we listen to the customers concerns/issues. Once we have a good idea of their problem, we recommend potential solutions with estimated cost. We will also provide our estimated time of arrival and work around THEIR schedule, not ours…
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of real world, hands-on experience working with all aspects of residential garage doors. We have industry certifications as well as other electronic/mechanical education to ensure a mutual positive end result for both parties.
