Before I get started about how pleased I am with Automly and the services that they have given me, I would like to give a little background about my business, so that if someone has a similar business, they can get in touch with the experts at Automly. So, I am aesthetician and have been in this line for almost 15 years now. I had started off as an assistant but with time, I was able to save enough money to start my own salon. It was important to keep up with the competition around me, so my son suggested that I get a website to reach out to a large number of people. My son’s idea was great as it truly did help me in getting more clients. About six months ago, here was a unanimous decision from my family and my workers that it is time for our business to get its own app. I knew how important apps are for everyone now. I own a smart phone myself use so many different apps to connect to other people and to get things done. I knew exactly wanted in my app. I wanted it to my experiential for all the users. It needed to have all the services that we provided and the cuts that we were offering. I wanted the app to include the haircuts that we have done in the past, so the clients can see what they want and then simply come in for the haircut so we get started right away. One of my son’s friends recommended Automly to us and we scheduled an appointment with them. The team was extremely professional and they heard what I had in mind. They then asked about the kind of clients my business caters to because that is important when making the app. The whole procedure of the app took a few weeks and the team kept in touch with me and told me about the progress as well. Whenever I had a question or suggestion in mind, I simply emailed them and they go to me very promptly. My app is currently available on iOS and Android and it is doing extremely well. My regular clients love the app and they use it regularly. I am very satisfied by Automly and would highly recommend it to everyone.
