- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We feel our prices are reasonable. We don’t like to under charge or over charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process can be 2 ways. 1. We can give a customer a virtual estimate and have it sent to their email. 2. We schedule an appointment to come out to look at the work that needs to be done or the damages, then we sit down with the homeowner to discuss their options depending on their goal for their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been doing this type of work for more than 5 years so we’re are pretty educated on it. Also we are trained to help homeowners with their insurance claim process from start to finish.
