Once we start a job, we are their until it's completely finished, we do not go from job to job. communication with our customers is essential I answer my phone from 7:00am to 10:00pm. I rarely miss calls if I do you will hear back from me within the hour. CWN Painting&Epoxy is family owned and operated with 10+ years of experience. Our company uses only the highest quality paint&epoxy products from some of the top manufacturers in the business we are partnered and represented by sherwin-williams and stone coat and we pass those savings along to you. It looks amazing—so much so that it makes the neighboring decks look like they’re overdue for the same treatment!

We had a large deck that needed repair and painting. Clyde came out promptly, provided a reasonable quote, and was willing to include a few other household items at a fair price. Throughout the entire project, he was communicative and professional. When it came to repairs, Clyde was upfront about the fact that he’s not a carpenter, but he did what he could to address the issues. His real strength is in painting—the deck looks fantastic now! Aurora CWN Painting & Epoxy did an awesome job at our house in Bolingbrook. We had our cabinets repainted, where Clyde was really helpful in picking out the color of our choice. His team was really detailed oriented taking care of all minor details.

1. Collect project scope and information 2. Schedule a complimentary on-site estimate 3. Email a formal proposal/estimate for the project 4. Follow-up on the proposal to see if the customer has any questions 5. Close on project and schedule a project start date 6. Follow up with the customer after the project is completed to do a final walk through 7. Provide touch-up services as per customer request 8. Follow up with customer in a year to see how they are liking their completed painting work and if they need any other work to be completed.
