Gregorii has been a value to me as a landlord. I had a lot of projects to be done and couldn't find anyone for 3 years. Gregorii came and immediately gave me a reasonable price and got the jobs done. I even was able to get my basement bathroom remodeled which I didn't expect. I am so happy with Gregorii and will call him back soon for more work.

Gregory did an excellent job with replacing an existing old shower valve with a new one. He showed up to the job on time, understood what he needed to do very quickly and got to work. He finishing the job within an hour and overall I am very satisfied.
