Robert was great on communication, from the start. We'd decided on a time, and then he was available earlier. The installation itself was something Robert has great experience with (Govee Outdoor Elite) and we appreciated his knowledge and suggestions. Our house was taller than he expected, and Robert was able roll to a solution. VERY happy with Robert. Professional, timely, communicative, and focus on good work. Would definitely hire again.
