5 stars plus. This is the best experience I have had with a contractor in very many years. Murat called me almost immediately after I posted the job. He was at our home within 1 hour as he understood the urgency. My Mom's front condo door was not closing, and we could not lock the door. He came prepared with all the tools required. He was courteous, respectful, and took time to speak with her before starting the job. The problem was not what we expected but Murat knew what to do to fix it and was ready and willing to take care of it. Not only did he fix the door, but he replaced all missing screws and moved the security hardware, all items that we would not have known were important to the long-term functioning of the door. His attitude and actions replicate his words.... he truly appreciates people. I cannot say enough about his skills and customer service. Thank you, Murat, for fixing the door, and as importantly, for doing so as if it was your own.
