No communication regarding the status of my order. When I had to call to find out after 4 days, they told me they don’t make the part anymore. I understand parts can stop being produced, but there was no communication. I had to call. Now I’m back at step one and I could have been looking at other options.- update- they did call me back and apologized.

Vitally was excellent and super nice. Our dryer had been giving error codes indicating a problem with our gas line so the retailer and manufacturer both declined to service it under warranty but Vitaly was able to find the problem was with the dryer itself. Our power went out during the repair so he wasn’t able to test but it did solve our problem we had since we bought the dryer. He even came back to double check that he hooked everything back up correctly. To the Karens that gave bad reviews because his English isn’t perfect, get a life. He is very good at what he does and is doing his best to learn English. I’d recommend him to anyone. Thanks Vitaly!
