Perkins did not install flashing in the valleys as a normal roofing company would. Instead they installed shingles in the valleys. They also did no install other flashing that they were supposed to with the plan that I had paid for. It is a couple of years later and I am having what I believe is a warranty issue. I have called multiple times and the owner refuses to call back. BEWARE!

Being a Director of Service for a Billion dollar company I understand what it means to provide Customer Excellence … I required a new roof on a large home, Paul & his team were on time, provided quality work for the price quoted and clean up was amazing….we have show dogs and Paul and his team were very sure to check the grounds 2 or 3 times to ensure all nails and staples were pick up. John and his crew were very professional and fast! My roof was completed in ONE day. The gutters installed have helped tremendously. We had severe thunderstorms and my sump pump hardly ran. I'm very pleased with the work they have done. I would recommend Perkins All Star to family and friends.

My wife and I needed to update our old kitchen. Paul and his crew had done some excellent work to the front of our home earlier in the year so we called for an estimate.We had never done a major remodel before, so I didn't know what to expect. Paul guided us through the whole ordeal. Keeping us up to date on progress and options. Everything went very well for how fast the process went. He brought in friendly & polite crew members that came in to accomplish what needed to be done, professionally and efficiently. I'm looking forward to working with Perkins All star again when we need to do the next update to our home.

All prices vary per project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come out to your home measure and give a quote for your project. Because of covid, we can also give most estimates virtually using satellite imagery; no need to come into your home! We then explain details of project, and different warranty packages. There is No high pressure sales.
