Had a bunch of random odd jobs I needed done and Tom was able to do them all! Installed some trim, mounding. Was able to remove my nasty range hood. Plastered my ceiling, touched up my bathroom dry wall. Every thing I asked for, he did it and he did it well. Definitely will hire him again.

I read the posted reviews of Tom and they were right. I was in desperate need to fix some things in my apartment: a balcony screen door that would not slide and fell off the tracks, and some other mechanicals. For me, a big deal, but I saw the before and after pictures Tom posted on thumbtack and I could see the guy was good. Check his profile out! I contacted him early Sunday afternoon, imagining with his skills, he might not be available. I had sent a few photos to describe what I needed and he messaged that he absolutely could do what I posted and then called me within the hour! He asked a few questions and I sent a few more pictures. He asked if he could come the next day. Yes! He arrived at the designated time and brought everything with him, laid out protective cloth on my wood floor, and set about the tasks, asking me questions along the way to be sure what he planned was what I wanted. He even found a few things I hadn't asked about and recommended he could make a small change to improve. Small for him, huge for me! What a nice guy with such skill. He is well worth his hourly rate! I was so relieved when the work was done. I highly recommend Tom Schulz Home Solutions. If I could give 10 stars I would!
