Working with Bath Consultants was exceptionally easy. Dennis and I had a brief call to talk about what I was looking for and my approximate budget. The first call was enough to establish that it was worth a home visit during which time Dennis looked at the space I wanted to update (remove an old iron tub and replace with a shower). He was able to provide an estimate onsite as well as review photos of past projects and options we'd have for my project. After signing and paying my deposit, I was on the schedule 3 weeks later. I was VERY skeptical of the one-day bath thing but the whole project, including demo and cleanup, took like 7 hours. I still kind of can't believe it. It looks great, functions great, and the team was super professional and easy to work with. I would, and have, recommended Bath Consultants to friends and family.

Mr. Dennis O'Toole, owner of Bath Consultants, was patient, answered all of my questions helped me chhoose an excellent product close to the budget I had planned. Even more impressive was Frank, who installed the tub surround and plumbing. He has been a pro for over 30 years and knows his "stuff". Not o nly was he adept at his job, but was an affable, and enjoyable person. I must mention his assistant, Frank (yes, really), who worked with his boss very well. The entire experience was professional, comfortable and expedient. I will recommend them always.

Bath Consultants is fantastic. We needed an aging cracked bathtub to be replaced and Dennis provided a comprehensive quote after an on-site visit, taking into account some things we might have overlooked for a full shower replacement. Their work was outstanding and the project was completed as scheduled in one day. The cost was competitive yet more importantly—it was complete and managed by a single contractor. I would absolutely return to Bath Consultants for another bath or shower project and not even waste time talking to any other vendors.
