- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are per session (unless otherwise marked) - sessions start at 30 - minutes Packages are available discounts and sliding fee scale available
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation session - to see if it will be a good fit. Coaching is shorter in duration than typical therapy or counseling. We will set attainable goals, develop a coaching plan, and proceed from there. Clients are in control.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MA in Counseling, a BS in Psychology, and am a certified Life and Coginitive Behavioral Therapy Coach.
