- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll generally ask questions to find out more about you and your property(ies), we'll complete a rental analysis to see how much your property(ies) should rent for, meet at the property(ies) to get an idea of condition, sign the Property Management Agreement (PMA). We'll then get busy by taking pictures of your property(ies) and start marketing it/them to find the right tenant(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a real estate background as a Realtor and PMI has approximately 300 franchises worldwide. Combined, you'll receive hundreds of years of knowledge and experience for our local office to draw from.
