I really wanted to like Jeremy, but ultimately the Warhawk team did not finish the job. I was given text communications promising days to return, but ultimately was ghosted. Numerous punch list items remained after being paid, and they never delivered (or installed) the wall cap. I had multiple irrigation heads broken and covered over, including by a new retaining wall (why I hired Warhawk) and smooshed 8" below the surface where a boulder was placed. When I turned on the system the yard flooded. I had expressed repeated concerns over this eventuality, even proving where two other heads they were sure "didn't exist", so they'd take me seriously. I'm guessing they realized the effort required to fix their mistakes if I was right. To Warhawks credit they did a nice job with the retaining wall itself, including drainage behind the wall and landscape glue on the block (which I didn't even ask for), but I was left a huge mess and injured myself trying to repair. I don't know how I'll physically be able to finish a raised bed with boulder wall they started elsewhere and just left. Or where to even get matching boulder. It looks terrible. If you take a gamble, do not pay until all work is paid for any any irrigation is tested.
