Our pricing is based on the specific details and complexity of your project. We always ensure complete transparency with no hidden fees. We do offer financing through Hearth to help manage your budget. We provide free estimates for all projects. Discounts and promotions are available seasonally. Please contact us for current offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: When a new customer reaches out, we schedule a consultation at their convenience. Project Information Gathering: We collect detailed information about the client's project needs and preferences to ensure we fully understand their vision. Estimate Preparation: Based on the information gathered, we prepare for the estimate by selecting and bringing relevant material samples to the meeting. Estimate Meeting: We meet with the client, discuss the project details, and present material samples to help them visualize the possibilities. Follow-Up: After the meeting, we follow up with a detailed estimate and any additional information the client may need to make an informed decision.
