- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy finding the true cause of the problem. This is often an obvious visual (i.e. a broken spring), but we inspect all moving pieces to see if there is something under the surface that perhaps is causing undue wear and tear on the other parts. We will then present our findings and offer up options, to fit your budget and situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our combined experience and love for all things garage doors is more then 20 years.
