- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer various services and packages based on your current career - new graduate/student, professional, and executives. I can help with resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and networking bios.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a client's original resume or work history background, I provide a First Draft filled with comments and questions for review. We accept feedback via Zoom, phone, or email. After reviewing the feedback, I provide a polished and cleaned-up Revision Draft to review. Ideally, I'll complete edits in 2-3 revisions. Once you approve, I'll provide a clean and polished Final Resume.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Career Coach, a Certified Professional Resume Writer, and a Certified Digital Career Strategist through the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC). I am also responsible for creating the PARWCC resume writing exam, grading, and facilitating the exam.
