- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $55/hr per organizer. We work in a team so that we can organize the full space A to Z in one session. With almost 10 years of organizing and unpacking experience we know the right size team to send to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Examples: Most walk-in pantry organizations take a team of two approximately 4-6 hours. Most walk-in closets with his and her sides will take a team of 4 approximately 4-6 hours. That being said we may opt to send a team of 2-3 if the closet isn't full. Our estimates factor in how full the space is as well as how large the space is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our prospective clients can reach out here. We will call to chat about your goals, pain points, etc. We can then offer an on-site consult or you may opt to send us pictures of the space via text and we will turn around an estimate (usually same day). If the estimate is accepted, we will offer you the next available dates to get your organization, packing or unpacking job complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA from Montana State. I prioritize ongoing training at Tidy Style and everyone on my team has been trained by me.
