FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trombley Painting Company warrants all labor and materials for a period of three (3) years. If paint failure appears due to contractor's negligence, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the conditions as indicated. (Does not apply to decks.) WE OFFER A LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY Cost: $150/year Most paint failures occur due to lack of proper care; broken sprinkler heads, paint chalking, contaminates, waxing, damaged siding, broken or clogged gutters, mold or mildew, damaged roofing, clogged window drainage holes, etc. can all decrease the life of your exterior siding or paint job. Once per year, Trombley Painting Company will power wash your home, perform a thorough inspection, and bring any issues to your attention. An inspection report will be mailed to you along with an invoice. If the issues are not related to paint failure, we will offer to repair items/damage for minimal cost. Our service gives you the peace of mind knowing that your paint job will last for as long as you own your home. (Warranty is non-transferable and becomes void with a change of ownership.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us and ask for a free estimate. We are happy to come to your home or business to better see the various types of surfaces and discus colors. Plus, we know we’ll be working in and around your home, so you’re going to want to meet us as much as we want to meet you. We can help you match existing colors or branding, or create something new. We will prepare and give you an estimate, then we can schedule your project.
