FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible, just contact me to discuss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me and we'll discuss the job you need completed. I can typically get a good idea of the amount of work needed by just asking questions over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For plumbing: 10 years on-the-job training/working as a licensed commercial plumber. I am licensed and insured with the State of Idaho Department of Building and Safety. Handyman: I started out working on cars as a teenager, then worked for 10 years as a custom car electronic installer. The '08 recession forced me to change careers, so I started training as a commercial plumber, and I worked for 10 years in that field. During all of this time, my wife and I completely gutted our 60-year-old former rental house (it was a DUMP) and renovated EVERYTHING on our own, learning as we went. I also inherited an interest in wood working from my grandpa, so I hand-built all the cabinetry in our house: custom closet, custom home office builtins, custom kitchen cabinets.
